According to StatCounter, Google Chrome has reached 1/3 of the global market.
Chrome’s growth is impressive and warranted. It’s a great browser. My browser of choice on PC (not on Mac).
But it’s ability to reach levels that Firefox never could isn’t just a testament to its features. Don’t underestimate what a permanent, targeted advertisement can do on the most trafficked page on the internet.
